2) Create tickets to the engineering team for feature enhancements and bugs.
3) Check on Kakitangan.com's Facebook page to resolve any complains or issues.
4) Test tickets for future releases and bugs.
5) Liaise with product engineers for a quick solution, if required.
6) Update and provide feedback to the sales team on upcoming releases.
7) Cross-sell and divert users to sales team for sales related matters.

9) Join daily meeting with engineers and team for software related matters.
10) Pass on the information of users that require onboarding to the onboarding team.
Skill set required:
