Role: Kakitangan.com Customer Support (mandarin skill required)
Salary range: RM2,500-3,500
Responsibility:
1) Assist customers' issues mainly from email, and if required, will call/whatsapp to solve the issue as soon as possible.
2) Create tickets to the engineering team for feature enhancements and bugs.
3) Check on Kakitangan.com's Facebook page to resolve any complains or issues.
4) Test tickets for future releases and bugs.
5) Liaise with product engineers for a quick solution, if required.
6) Update and provide feedback to the sales team on upcoming releases.
7) Cross-sell and divert users to sales team for sales related matters.
😎 Join sales personnel on their live demo (when requested) to communicate with users on support queries.
9) Join daily meeting with engineers and team for software related matters.
10) Pass on the information of users that require onboarding to the onboarding team.
Skill set required:
1) This vacancy we are hiring for MANDARIN Speaking AND Writing skill. Equipped with other dialects are bonus skill set.
2) Working experience in payroll outsource / accounting outsource firm is appreciated.
3) Working experience in supported customers on payroll or accounting software is appreciated.
